Upgrading
Go to Billing in the sidebar and click Upgrade. Pick a plan and a billing cycle (monthly or annual — annual is discounted). You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details.
The upgrade is effective immediately. Plan-gated features unlock as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Annual vs. monthly
Annual saves a couple of months relative to monthly. Switch by going to Billing → Manage subscription and choosing the annual option in the Stripe customer portal.
Downgrading
Open the customer portal from Billing → Manage subscription. Pick a lower tier or cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If a downgrade puts you over a lower-tier limit (e.g., you have 8,000 leads and downgrade to Pro’s 5,000) — new submissions are blocked until you delete leads or upgrade back. Your existing data is never deleted by a downgrade.
Updating payment method
Billing → Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal where you can:
- Update card on file
- Change billing email
- Download invoices
- Update tax / VAT info
- Cancel
Hitting a limit
When you reach your lead cap, the form starts returning an error to new submitters and existing visitors see a “list closed” message. Upgrade or delete leads to reopen.
You’ll get an email warning at 80% and 100% of the limit so the cap shouldn’t surprise you.
